looking to move

Alex’s daycare provider is possibly moving in June which means I may be too. The commute is killing me and eats 2 hours a day up. She is looking to move to an area closer to my work so it could be good. There are some condos for sale in that area and I grabbed a brochure. The idea of paying a house payment instead of throwing money into rent appeals greatly to me for obvious reasons. I am not sure I can qualify for them but I definitely want to get more info on them.
