cuz I had a bad day…

Its just been a crappy day. Or at least the entire morning. I hate it when days start out like that. It means that even if the afternoon and evening are good, the yucky feelings from the morning linger.

Days like today make me want to take off and run. They remind me what a runner I used to be. Obviously that is a lot harder now and completely selfish in regards to my son my it doesn’t mean the desire isn’t there.
