Must. stop. dreaming. about. new. cars.
If I could have/would have invested in real estate before it went so high here and then sold at the right time, I could be retired right now. Instead, I am trying to avoid going to bed to start another work day by drooling over new cars.
I know what I want and I know what I can afford and they are so very different. Carmax has nothing right now that I am even remotely liking. I figure with the payment I can afford, at an interest rate I can get (with a little help), I am looking at around $15k out the door. That’s not a whole lot of car here. Especially with all the features and specs I need it to have.
In the meantime, I pray my beast holds up another 6 months or so and then I will be able to get a little more for a little better of a deal.
