Work can be fun

We had a team builder event this afternoon at work. Every quarter, or almost every quarter, an event is held in which we go lay for an afternoon. Today was laser tag and video games. Our group rented a laser tag place for the afternoon and omigosh it was fun. Take a bunch of computer geeks, throw them into a room with laser guns and coworkers to tag and you have a good time. I played 4 rounds. The first round, I didn’t really get it. I mean, I knew you tagged people but the strategy was beyond me. I rated 17 out of 20. The following 3 rounds, I had gotten it and rated in the top 3 every time.

Add that to pizza, ice cream, video games and free tokens and well, you have a happy brat.
