Happy 16 month Baby

The pigs must have flown. Comcast came today and fixed the cable access thingie. Bout time! The guy was really nice too. The only downside was that the doorbell woke Alex up from his nap.

Alex is officially 16 months old today! I am amazed at how fast my baby has grown. 16 months ago, I was shocked to be a Mom. Now, its just second nature. He is so into everything all the time. I cannot believe the amount of energy he has.

Its amazing how my views on parenting have changed too. When I had him, I thought I knew what I would and wouldn’t do, how he would be and what was right. Now… well, we take it minute by minute. I have goals and ideals but too often they are not reality. My little boy has taught me that the best laid plans are just that. Simply plans.

They say kids change your life, I think its much more than that. I think they change you as well.
