Contest time!
So its time for a contest, folks. I know, you are saying “Oh geez, does this girl seriously think anyone gives a goat’s behind?” Well, yeah… I think most people are motivated by cash enough to do just about near anything.
The rules:
1. Write (1) blog entry pertaining to any one of these 3 topics:
- My blog - in other words a blog review
A funny true parenting story - you being the parent in the story
The worst job you ever had - bonus points for making me laugh
2. Blog entry must be at least 50 words and contain a link to my blog with the anchor text “The reality of a brat”.
3. Your PR/Alexa rating does not matter. Spelling, grammar and laugh factor do.
4. Leave a comment to THIS entry with the link to your blog entry. Entries must be in by September 10, 2007.
The prizes:
1st prize: $15
2nd prize: $10
3rd prize: $5
All who enter will be listed on my blogroll
All prizes will be sent via PayPal on September 15, 2007. Winners will be notified no later than September 12, 2007.

Although my daughter, z, is almost 12 I’ve only got about 3 years of actual “parenting” in - her first year and the last two. This story is actually from last year when I was just getting to know my daughter. I find it funny, but your mileage may vary. I hope you enjoy it regardless…
