So I am at work and well... more than overwhelmed. Its time to make a Pro/Con list for this new job. Get a reality check going.

Pro
WAY bigger paycheck, while this all relative... it will help
More flexibility for upward mobility
New skills to learn
More freedom in working
Getting to make new friends
Got to work from home yesterday afternoon for a staff meeting
Greater ability to work on Projects and Global events

Con
Feeling like I don't know nothin
Later meetings for global staff
My bestest friend isn't 2 rows over... now she's 2 buildings over
No clear expectations have been set yet
No real training on what is going to happen


So really all in all... the Cons are pretty minor. I'm just stressed from being overwhelmed and frustrated with feeling so scattered. It will pass and until it does, I'll keep praying.
